Facility Ownership Ownership and operations and maintenance incorporate the evolving responsibilities and liabilities necessary for effective and efficient wastewater treatment. We find that developers, as well as governmental agents prefer to have these responsibilities and liabilities surrounding wastewater be provided by a company who is focused on and dedicated to wastewater treatment.
Operations & Maintenance WMgnt will conduct the operations and maintenance at the facility in a manner consistent with requirements and regulations as prescribed by the appropriate governmental agency.

Treatment Capability Comparison On-site wastewater treatment systems provide a reliable means of treating sanitary sewerage in locations where municipal sewers are not available. Additionally, with rising concerns about the effectiveness of septic tanks and drain fields, on-site treatment systems afford increased treatment capability. This is especially desirable in those areas where soils and groundwater conditions are not favorable. These systems make comprehensive treatment available to areas where wastewater service was otherwise not feasible.
