WASTEWATER TREATMENT FACILITIES

Grand Ridge Esates Located on the banks of the Grand River in Portland, Michigan, this facility is capable of treating up to 10,000 gallons per day of wastewater. This facility utilizes a septic tank and pressurized drainfield system.

Olive Lake Estates This facility is found in the back corner of a subdivision in rural West Olive, Michigan. The treatment facility consists of a extended aeration treatment with discharge to rapid infiltration basins(RIB's). We can treat and discharge up to 13,000 gallons of wastewater per day from the 47 units in the development.

| Prairiewood This treatment plant is strategically placed in the midst of a golf course in Otsego, Michigan. The facility utilized a rotating media reactor to treat the wastewater before it is discharged to rapid infiltration basins(RIB's). The plant is capable of treating 9400 gallons of wastewater per day to service the 18 units located approximately 500 feet away.

The Lynx This facility is also strategically placed in the midst of a golf course, near to Otsego, Michigan. The facility is virtually unnoticable with the exception of the control panel. It is capable of treating up to 7500 gallons of wastewater per day via septic tank and drainfield located 600 feet away.

Horseshoe Estates Located in a quite corner of Caledonia, Michigan, this treatment facility serves up to 30 homes. Utilizing a rotating media reactor and rapid infiltration basins(RIB's) this facility is capable of treating up to 8525 gallons per day of wastewater.

| Divine Highlands One of our larger treatment facilities Divine is capable of treating up to 40,000 gallons per day of wastewater. The facility, located in Portland, Michigan, uses extended aeration, with denitrification to treat the wastewater before it is discharged via pressurized drainfield to the groundwater.

The Landing at Bartletts Resort On the other hand this is our smallest facility serving only 14 units, of which a few are lakefront lots, to all-sport Pleasant Lake, just north of Jackson, Michigan. This facility has just a couple of septic tanks and an 8400 square foot pressurized drainfield.

River Ridge RV Park You would never know it if you saw this RV park, but it is serviced by an on-site wastewater facility. It is located high on the banks of the Muskegon River near to Stanwood, Michigan. This facility uses a septic tank and pressurized drainfield to treat and dispose of up to 9750 gallons of wastewater on a seasonal basis.

Wynstone At this point in time this is our largest facility, capable of treating up to 140,000 gallons of wastewater per day. The facility is located in Oakland Township, Michigan and is constructed to accommodate the 461 units that make up the Wynstone development. The treatment facility constitutes an extended aeration facility, blower/equipment building, upset pond, and rapid infiltration basins(RIB's).

| 1 Lake Terrace This treatment facility is still under construction and will be somewhat unique to the state of Michigan. Located on the bluffs of Lake Michigan just north of St. Joseph, Michigan make it unique already. It is composed of a extended aeration treatment, followed by a holding pond before final discharge via ridge and furrow. The facility is designed to treat up to 5500 gallons per day of wastewater, the pond is designed to hold over 1 million gallons, and the ridge and furrow system is designed to apply 11,000 gallons per day during the summer.

Red Oak Estates Located in Hastings, Michigan, this facility serves up to 50 residential units. It treats up to 15,000 gallons per day, via an Advantex treatment facility and pressurized drainfield.

Gingerman Raceway This facility has been designed and is permitted through the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality, but has not been constructed as of yet. It is an Advantex facility with a gravity drainfield disposal. The facility will serve residential and "garage" units for Gingerman Raceway located in South Haven, Michigan.
